Program description

Participating Arlington Therapy Offices providers may receive transactional waiting-room alerts when a client selects their name on the office check-in page. Alerts state only that a client has checked in for an appointment and do not include a client name or appointment details.

Consent and frequency

Participating staff providers voluntarily enroll from their own mobile phone by texting START to (781) 226-5984, as described on our SMS Consent page. This is the only enrollment method. Consent is specific to this staff-only waiting-room alert program and is not bundled with these terms or any other agreement. Consent is not a condition of employment, purchasing goods or services, or receiving any other service.

Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies based on client arrivals, and a participating provider may receive multiple messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also email hello@arlingtontherapyoffices.com for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
