Who receives messages

Only participating Arlington Therapy Offices providers receive these operational alerts. Clients and visitors do not receive text messages through this program.

How staff providers opt in

A participating staff provider voluntarily enrolls from their own mobile phone by texting START to (781) 226-5984. This is the only enrollment method for this program.

By sending START, the staff provider expressly agrees to receive recurring operational waiting-room alerts from Arlington Therapy Offices at that mobile number. Message frequency varies based on client arrivals, and multiple messages may be sent per day. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of employment, purchasing goods or services, or receiving any other service.

Enrollment confirmation

After a staff provider texts START, the following confirmation is sent:

Cancellation and help

A participating staff provider may reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help. Review the Text Message Terms and Privacy Policy.

Clients and visitors must not text START and are never enrolled in this staff notification program.
